Service Description

If you need a detailed inspection and testing of your hot tub, without the deep clean or system flush, then this is the service you require. During this service we can.. - Test and check all hot tub features and functions - Clean topside of hot tub and diverters and air valves, where possible. - Meter power-pulls on running equipment - Visually check pump/s, heater/s, blower, light boxes etc - Clean filter/s - Check settings (making sure the hot tub is set up the most efficient way, considering usage amount) - Check and test water quality - Identify areas of concern and advise accordingly A Inspection Service visit allows up to 90 minutes of our engineers time on site, plus travel, within our service area. This should allow good time to carry out the service, but occasionally our time on site can be extended by factors beyond our control, such as poor access (if all sides of the hot tub are not easily accessible), the hot tub being empty on arrival (unless otherwise stated), or when looking for leaks (if the hot tub is full foam or difficult to access). We believe in a fair approach, so you wont find us attending site with a stop-watch, but should we find ourselves on site for hours at a time, then an additional labour charge can apply.
