Service Description
If you wish to empty and close your swim spa, or open and start your swim spa after an extended period of closure, then this is the service for you. Popular with seasonal users. During the Close Service we can.. - Test and check all swim spa features and functions - Biofilm flush and drain the system after super-chlorinating the spa water - Deep clean the swim spa including diverters, air valves, jets, suctions, fittings, cover and cabinet - Vacuum and disconnect accessible pipework and drain - Clean filter/s - Meter power-pulls on running equipment - Visually check pump/s, heater/s, blower, light boxes, audio equipment, ozone/uv systems - Identify areas of concern and advise accordingly During the Open Service we can.. - Vacuum and re-connect accessible pipework and drain - Deep clean the swim spa including diverters, air valves, jets, suctions, fittings, cover and cabinet - Refill with fresh water - Install clean filter/s - Test and check all swim spa features and functions - Meter power-pulls on running equipment - Visually check pump/s, heater/s, blower, light boxes, audio equipment, ozone/uv systems - Test and balance the water ready for use - Identify areas of concern and advise accordingly A Open/Close Service visit allows up to 240 minutes of our engineers time on site, plus travel, within our service area. This should allow good time to carry out the service, but occasionally our time on site can be extended by factors beyond our control, such as poor access or bad water pressure. We believe in a fair approach, so you wont find us attending site with a stop-watch, but should we find ourselves on site for hours at a time due to no fault of our own, then an additional labour charge can apply. In most circumstances, when filling the swim spa, the engineer may choose to leave site and return later in the day or a following day. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule we require 24 hours notice prior to the booked visit. If we attend your property and fail to gain access or find the issue is unrelated to your hot tub (for example electric supply), then you will still be charged. Please also ensure we have access to both water and power.
