When something goes wrong, you want it fixed properly — and quickly. Our experienced engineers diagnose and repair most faults on most brands, at your home or site.
One visit, properly diagnosed
Our initial £95 visit includes up to 60 minutes of inspection, fault-finding and engineer labour.
Many common issues can be diagnosed within this time, and where possible, repairs can be completed during the initial visit.
Some faults, particularly water leaks or complex technical problems, may require additional investigation or repair time. The time required can also depend on accessibility, the hot tub's installation and the nature of the fault.
Additional labour and replacement parts are charged separately, with costs depending on the work required.
We always aim to provide a fair, practical and transparent service, discussing additional work and associated costs before proceeding.
All service plan members pay £60 instead of £95 for breakdown/call-out visits, saving £35 per visit, and receive 10% off all parts and works — see our service plans for details.
